The greatest part about our trip was knowing our children were in good hands while we were away. Grandma and Grandpa Shurtz gave them so much love (and spoiled them rotten) and Suzanne came to give backup support. On our way to South Carolina we stopped in Columbia to see Rebecca, Kevin and Suzanne. We had a great time having pizza and playing croquet, not to mention a disco party. Then we went to Anderson for the 4th of July. Russ and I flew out on the 5th to Seattle, and the kids were happy to see us go, so the real fun could begin. They had a blast playing chicken foot with Grandma Great, taking Sister Davis' dog for walks, going on shopping dates, having fashion shows, trips to the library, making model cars and lego villages and much more that I'm sure they'll never disclose. We owe you Grandma and Grandpa.
