All the fuss this week has been about getting ready to go back to school. We've been making our list and checking it twice to make sure we have everything we need. Their school uniforms are all washed up and hanging in their closets, and the new school shoes have arrived. We had to beg McKay to try his on. He didn't want one germ to get on them until the second he stepped onto campus. He has them wrapped in plastic bags so they will be extra fresh for the big moment. Both McKay and Lauren are going to new schools, so it will be an interesting learning curve this next week to figure out how each school does things.
