We ran our first family 5K this weekend in Tampa. They allowed strollers so both Russ and I pushed while the kids ran along. It was really special to all run together.

You have been busy!! And, consider me inspired. Every once in a while I get up and go for a run and think it is my new favorite thing to do. Then I have to do it again the next day and rolling out of bed is not so appealing the next time! Maybe a family race is the way to go. Do you have a jog stroller? I have one - it is way fancy and even performs well off-road, you know, for all the trail running I do! St. Augustine looks awesome - did I know it was the oldest town in our country? And, basketball - love that story about prayer. I love when my kids have prayerful tender mercies - I think the Lord blesses the innocent desires of their tiny hearts to teach them the power of prayer. The beach park - 'k - living by the beach has got to be so dreamy!!
