Emma

Some of my favorite things about Emma are:

• Her generosity, every time I can't find something I ask if anyone has seen it, and usually the response is, "Emma gave it away".
• Her compassion, she can't stand to see anyone sad, and immediately goes and gets them something to cheer them up.
• Her desire to stand up for others. Once our hometeacher, a pretty big guy, was teasing McKay and pretending to twist his arm. Emma was barely 3, but she went up to him, looked him in the eyes and said, "don't hurt my brother."
• Her snuggles. She gives them pretty freely.
