This weekend we spent time with not one,
not two,
but three grandmas.
It doesn't get much better than to be smothered in grandma love by Great Granda Loree Shurtz, Great Grandma Glenda Fuller and Grandma Barbara Shurtz. What a legacy they all pass on to us and our children. They are amazing examples to me of raising up a righteous posterity.
Most of our children had not met Great Grandma Shurtz. I hope they will always remember the special times with her this weekend when she played lots of fun sing a long songs on the piano and the Hokey Pokey as they all danced, sat at her feet as she told stories about playing marbles and going to primary as a little girl, stayed up until 1:00 am to watch movies with us, and snuggled every child that needed some time on grandma's lap.
