Family Home Evening Visitor

Ever since I saw Sound of Music I've had a secret dream to be a puppeteering family. We have not yet mastered yodeling , but thanks to a friends recent bag of hand me down toys, we have a new collection of great puppets. I value them above other run of the mill toys, and keep them on a high shelf in my closet to be used only for special occasions. A recent family home evening was just such an occasion. We divided into groups and drew from a hat which had random gospel principles on slips of paper. We then had a few minutes to come up with a puppet show teaching that principle. He was even sporting a $300.00 tie. When we were on vacation last week we met a family who said, "I know your uncle. I'm pretty sure he knows my birthday." It's so fun to have such a famous uncle.
