Savannah Grace's Blessing

While we had all of Russ' family together, and much of the Krieger's together we decided to bless Savannah Grace. Grandma Judy made all of the arrangemnet so we could perform the blessing in Mike and Sande's home. This was a nice way to make it very personal. All of Russ's siblings and parents were there (except David on his mission) and my brothers Kurt and Mike and mom were able to come. The bishop from Mike's ward, Jesse Fox came and presided, McKeon played the piano and Meghan led the music. Russ performed the blessing and I was asked to share my testimony at the end. Mike made a big lunch for everyone with ham, potatoes, fruit salad, and lots of dessert. There was a lovely spirit in the home of gratitude, love and unity. I left with a very grateful heart for all of my wonderful family, for the gospel, and for the great gift it is to have Savannah in our lives.

Barbara took some notes during the blessing, and was kind enough to type them up for me.
