Three Cheers for Uncle Dave

We were grateful to have Uncle Dave spend a few days with us before Christmas this year.  It was so nice to have another adult around as we got the Christmas festivities underway.  He really is an Uncle-Extraordinaire.
He even was willing to play a duet with me during our visit to the Alzheimer's center.  He sang carols and helped with the children as they played their piano recital to the residents.
Then Dave helped us set up so we could host 20 young single adults for a Christmas dinner.  He mingled like a champ.

Dave helped the kids with their bowling technique for Family Home Evening.

To top it off, he did a smashing job in the role of Samuel the Lamanite, A Book of Mormon prophet, who prophesied the birth of Christ to the ancient inhabitants of America.

Oh, and did I mention, he even reorganized and updated our 72 hour kits.  Thanks for being our wonderful "cool" uncle.
