This year Blue Bell came out with some new flavors, that was all the motivation we needed. Who wouldn't drive an hour and run a few miles to try the new Cotton Candy and Sour Apple ice cream pops.

Lauren ran the 5K this
year, it was fun to run with her as we tackled those daunting hills together.
My favorite running partner.
Emma and Sierra did really well on the 1 mile fun run, and Russ and
McKay ran a pretty competitive race. And, since Matthew and Savannah
sat nicely in the stroller for the whole race, we were pretty sure
everyone had earned their all you can eat ice cream moment.
Family and Ice-cream. It's as close to heaven on earth as you can get.
