This past weekend we drove to New Orleans to see our BYU football team up close and personal. We drove down Friday night to hear a fireside by the team. It was wonderful to hear the coach share his testimony and encourage us to share the gospel. McKay was fortunate enough to have him sign his football,
and Russ enjoyed a little personal visit with Bronco.
We went to a tailgating party at a local church the next day. We enjoyed red beans and rice, hamburgers and
getting to rub shoulders with Cosmo.

Russ, Lauren and McKay enjoyed going to the game with Uncle David and Drew. A few highlights were being on national TV (ESPN 2) and getting to high five all the players after the big win (54-3). Not to mention the cotton candy, nachos, hot dogs and popcorn.
