How could I resist. They were almost giving it away. Pumpkin Eggnog. The girls and I had a great afternoon sipping our seasonal delight - until the older kids came home and told them it tasted gross. Usually I like to have the girls taste things when when they can give their unadulterated opinion, without the influence of those with less mature tastes.
That night the children had a rehearsal at the church for the primary program. The leaders told us it was intended to be a night for the parents to go on a date while the children were rehearsing. Since we still had the two youngest at home, Russ and I decided to play Christmas duets and sip eggnog for our date. Very Romantic!!!!!
