McKay has been working hard to earn his Bear ranking in cub scouts. 
At the last Blue and Gold banquet the boys were asked to make "feller cakes" (cakes made by just the "fellows" meaning no moms could help. He and Russ put together a BYU cake. Surprise Surprise. I'm not sure how that fit with the "100 years of scouting" theme, but McKay and Russ can fit BYU sports into just about every aspect of their lives.
