Exactly three years ago I brought home my best Christmas present. A beautiful little baby girl. I remember sitting in the hospital snuggling my little baby, thinking of how Mary must have felt when she held the little baby Jesus in her arms. It was so peaceful to just hold her and feel so much joy.
Well, that was then. And this is now.>
She has been so excited for her birthday because it meant her very own cake. When I asked her what kind of cake she wanted, she always said, "one with frosting", "but I want to blow out the candles, and no one else can blow out the candles with me." Her wish came true.
