Christmas 2009

The things I always want to remember about Christmas 2009 are:
Lots of family
(our house bustled with 27 over the holidays)

The Christmas Eve program, which included our very own balerinas performing the nutcracker,

Michael and Natasha performing Away in a Manger,

our children playing their Christmas piano songs,

the chimes,

our rendition of "Willy Claus"

Grandpa as a very jolly Santa, passing out presents (pajamas) to all good little boys and girls,

matching pajamas,
(Meghan, yours are coming in the mail)
opening presents on Christmas morning,
(no one complained that they didn't get a pony or a barbie jeep)

Happy girls,
and happy boys,

yummy Christmas dinner,

and Karaoke night!!!!

we topped it all off with facials using mud from the Dead Sea.

A few days before Christmas I was able to go visit many of my family members in Washington for a wedding and Eagle court of honor. Between that and being with the majority of Russ' family this past weekend I hope to always remember that Christmas 2009 was about family. How blessed I am to have such wonderful family members in my life.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
