Last week we had Chinese take out to celebrate that our house had finally sold. We can't even express how happy and grateful we are to finally have closure. We know it was nothing short of a miracle that it all worked out.
The next day we were having people over for dinner. McKay asked if he could set the new dining room table really nicely for our guests. A few minutes later I saw Emma putting all the left over chinese food on the table. Dinner wasn't for a while, so I couldn't figure out why she was putting the leftovers out. When I asked her to put it away, she said, "No, mom, McKay asked if I would put the good China on the table."
The next day we had a man come out to install some blinds. McKay told my mom that we had to stick around the house because the blind man was scheduled to come over. She couldn't figure out what blind man would be coming over.
