We have been blessed with wonderful neighbors. They graciously invited us to a memorial day barbeque that was out of this world. 
We invited Russ' cousin Thomas and his family to come enjoy our neighbors good cooking. They are in Houston for the summer doing an internship for NASA.
Texas brisket has become a new favorite for me. Jose smokes some of the best tasting meat ever. Luckily for us, about the same time we smell the tantalizing aroma wafting over the fence, we also hear the phone ring, inviting us to come enjoy some.
